All the ingredients are safe to touch. Just make sure you wear mask so you won’t be inhaled the powder. What you see is what you will get,

Thank you! Of course you could feel free to make your own creations with clay or vitamins. Keep in mind that clay would make the soap cloudy, also some vitamins might not be stable when it’s exposed to oxygen.

Emulsifier and pH adjuster. It doesn’t cause cancer just more fear mongering and misinformation. Even doctors use it in a lot of their preparations. If you’re not sure then skip this recipe because personally I wouldn’t know what to swap it out with in this formulation.

It’s the amino acid that’s oxidized then it turned amber. Some people would add anti-oxidants to prevent the amber tone to make it more clear.

I haven’t really checked the temperature, I melt A until complete dissolved; B heat up until you see the small bubbles rising. 90C I supposed.

My cost is expensive, since the ingredients are hard to find here. It’s double the cost for the CP soap.

Amino soap is not a “real soap” that saponification is involved. It’s a process of mixing of surfactant and amino acid. Benefit of amino acid soap is that it is pH is low and close to our skin.
