Sweetgreen - Our New Signature Menu

- Every year we ask ourselves, “how can we be better for our guests and our farmers?”
So this season we decided to launch a new signature menu. It took two years, but after a lot of testing (and a lot of your feedback), this is the best of sweetgreen:
Chicken Pesto Parm
Avocado Lentil
Spicy Thai
Fish Taco
Curry Chickpea

Damn does this guy eat at sweet greens?
How come SG doesn't serve other proteins such as Beef, Lamb, Pork, Crab, or Lobste in addition to chicken and salmon. These proteins have been eaten for as long as man has been around.
Maybe they are going for vegan. In recent years a lot vegan has rise from the dead.
