In May 2015, Hoffman-Madison Waterfront, the master developer (led by PN Hoffman and Madison Marquette) of the 24-acre world-class, mixed-use, waterfront community The Wharf in Southwest Washington, D.C. was named by the Washington Business Journal as the Best Real Estate Deal of 2014.
