• 16 cm in diameter circular tart frame
4.6 cm diameter cookie cutter
105g butter
52g sugar powder
1g salt
1/2ts vanilla extract
140g flour
45g rice flour
- Rice flour can be replaced with corn starch
You can bake it using only the soft flour
But the texture can be a bit different
