YNP releases new details in 4th of July shootout, ranger released from hospital

One ranger was injured with gunshot wound to the lower extremities, according to the parks service. That ranger was not identified.

He had a mental issue and was in his own world thought he had to do these things . I hope some one knew about his state of mind unless he was a complete loner . He was downright dangerous .
