Uttarakhand is considered to be the epicenter of the Great Himalayas and is home to a number of trekking routes. But this is one trek, that's not on the popular trails, and that's how I'd like it to be. Having said that, if you really want to explore this region, we've dropped some hints throughout the episode. Let's see if you can guess it !
The homestay at Gwaldam, Uttarakhand is much more than once could imagine. An elegant white bungalow amidst pure nature. Aptly named as ‘Tridiva’ (meaning heaven) by the owner Ms Meeta Rao, the place is indeed a heavenly abode. Watch Abhishek's journey of slowing down his pace of life and traveling to Himalayas with just one goal: No Plans !

Bagchi Bugyal......a good vantage point to view Trishul, Mrigthuni, Maiktoli group. It is better than Ali-Bedni bugyal and Brahmtal ridge to its north because it is located about 15 km to the south of these much travelled bugyals and therefore affords a wider feild of view to the photographer.
Trekking snow cladded picturesque mountains that too in a bone chilling winters is a daunting task. ...Hats off to you Abhishek ...You have made it. There is no gain with out pain and ultimately you could get adsorb yourself midst nature with an awe.... .Good job..

Thanks for introducing 'Tridiva' with traveller community. Last year September, we , a group of 8 people also trekked to Baghji Bugyal. This year too we are planning to visit Aali bedini. Try to visit Tridiva also.

An unpopular opinion. Have been watching your channel for some time now. Assuming this is something that you do for a living, you are a professional. Feel that the content needs more depth and so do the videos - just a lot of slow motion, watching the peaks through the golden hour, with more than needed close-ups of you, tea in your hands, and the "angrai". Dont get me wrong, but what else can we expect in the next video?
