I was and am rooting for Kendrick. However, as big a fan I am of Kendrick, Drake's diss was serious and response-worthy. Not only did Drake recover from the Pusha diss setback, but also proved that he was not scared of going directly after Kendrick. The beauty of the whole situation is that the whole situation was simply created by a simple 'Big Me' line. The longer Kendrick takes now, the more he loses 'some' credibility in terms of him being the best rapper (not artist) and lyricist out of the three. But if Kendrick does respond now, it has to be lethal as Drake as set the bar higher than many expected.

I know the perfect angle to diss Drake from. And if I can think like that, I'm sure Kendrick is thinking this way too. This dis tho I'd leave for my ace card. Apart from that, if I were Kendrick I'm not sure I'd respond as I believe the dis was intentionally leaked but like you said, I'd use it against him cuz it speaks lack of confidence. There are many other angles to come at him with tho and for sure Kendrick's pen along with choosing a great beat would elevate it even more.
