My Thoughts on Each and Every Weapon [13k Sub Special]

- Some guy celebrates a cherished and cool chievement... course it's kinda late, lazy and long but don't tell him that, he's too busy celebrating.
As I said at the end of the video, I'll be uploading bi-weekly and not weekly so the editing of these videos actually looks good rather than mediocre.
As for the Patreon announcement, the poll is just a simple yes or no, I'm working out the finer details of it but the appeal to it will be having your loadouts appear in the video during the many poster sections I tend to do, the Poopy Joe thing will still remain so if you can't support me but still want to be in the video you don't need to sweat it and get in by being the Monkey Man.
If you paid attention I also said I have enough video ideas for TF2 to last me three years... give or take... here's a quick list of the next few videos I have planned, obviously I'll run a poll here or there deciding what people wanna see but these are the next 4.

Fun fact: The Holy Mackerel is also a direct upgrade from stock, because having it equipped increases your Funny stat by +50, and a further +20 for every hit you land. It's rare to see a melee outclass the Pan or the Objector in the Funny meta, so the Mackerel stands out a lot for that very reason.
It is actually a serious direct upgrade for the extremely niche reason that it counters the Dead Ringer: you won't get a FISH KILL! message from the Spy's fake death

Personally I think the reserve shooter on pyro should be replaced with a pyro-exclusive shotgun. That way every shotgun class can have a special shotgun just for themselves.

It’s more like a rocket honestly but instead of doing splash damage it goes through your target.

2:04 I did the math(s) and the winger does in fact have a lower dps than stock but not by much. Here's the dps at base damage (No ramp-up or fall-off) I also threw in the pocket pistol for good measure:
Stock: 90 dps (6 shots * 15dmg)
Winger: 85 dps (5 shots * 17 dmg)
Pocket Pistol: 105 dps (7 shots * 15 dmg)
Even though the winger has only 5 dps less than stock by the time its fired those shots you have to reload but with stock you can shoot for another second before having to reload. Also the pocket pistol has higher dps than stock.

Not exactly a problem if the Sniper is protected by his team while having it. Like a good Pyro, Medic and Engie (Specifically with a Dispenser and Sentry) Backing him up makes him more or less impervious to Spy (and that's not even counting if he runs Jarate instead of the Razorback).

I'm actually going to have a little bit of a hot take on the Classic: It's the only properly balanced sniper rifle Sniper has. It only seems underpowered due to how ludicrously strong his other primaries are.
It actually forces him to pick and choose what his targets are, his stated purpose, and since it can't headshot until it's fully charged it makes each shot of his feels more important and it pretty much removes flickshot BS as a tactic or at least really makes it harder to pull off. Maybe it's just me, it could very well be, but I've never seen a bot use the Classic either so that says something.
Just my two cents. I hope you keep making videos man, I really enjoy them!
This. My only gripe about it is the inability to fire when not touching the ground. Nothing is more infuriating than not getting that perfect shot off because you were doinked a millimeter off the ground.
yeah, sniper is op to be honest
I would say the only way to balance sniper would be to only be able to headshot when fully charged. This would solve so many problems with a slower charge time and devastate bots.
@@abirbhattacharji9345 i'm with this. a lot of sniper mains would loose their shit but i think it would be better. though instead of full charge maybe half charge in casual/competitive and keep the current mechanic for MVM as it will cause no salt there.

Nice! Congratulation for the 13k subs. Also, the fov on those SFMs are way too high, it looks like you disabled the lighting so it looks flat and boring. I recommend using your own lighting and not a maps' built in lighting. I can help you with the thumbnails, I am pretty experienced with SFM.

Disguise as enemy, backstab enemy and run away with speed bonus and dead ringer cloak.
Repeat.
Do not walk up as a disguised as a enemy and don't immediately go to a health or ammo pack since that's what nearly 80% of spies do.

Its funnier that the Scorch shot REWARDS good aim with a stunlock, double hit and minicrit if you hit an enemy dead on, making it EVEN MORE annoying.

Hear me out: the classic is amazing. It requires you to value your shots more.
They also never expect you to actually get good with it and it's fantastic at shutting down scouts and spies. With the benefit of being able to see the entire battlefield with a full charge being able to pick important targets way easier. Also I am 100% positive that the classic would be top tier if you could fire while off the ground. Nothing pains me more than not getting that shot off because I was doinked a millimeter off the ground.

People underestimate the classic, which causes them to immediately die.
The whole "can't fire off ground" I'm guessing is due to it being similar to the machina, where either the hitscan bullet or the tracer doesn't align while in the air(?)
I've seen the classic have a delay when firing while moving my mouse but oh well

Seems ok to me, big benefits for a big downside. It's not like you can use it to just walk over the enemy team
people dont know how to use it, everyone goes offensive with the defense class, which is fine for the Tomi or Stock but the brass beast, designed to exaggerate heavy's strengths and weaknesses, runs into some problems. Its not the best pick for offense but I can tell you from personal experience that damage is insane on defense

Personally the brass beast is my favorite minigun since I survive alot of gun fight with the damage resistance and the damage increase really helps killing an enemy in the blink of an eye or dealing moderate damage at mid range+plus it's funny to be a sentry

Everyone underestimates the quick fix. Not dying is a supper valuable tool. Sure it does not have the game changing bursts of stock, or the kritz, but it is balanced out by giving your team a small increasing advantage throughout the game through keeping your entire team healthier than the enemy team, if they don't have someone running the quick fix. And with how quickly the quick fix builds uber, you can pop it when ever something goes the other teams way.
At 20:16 you talk about the amp, I personally think it's the best and only choice for battle medics, as It gives you a way to quickly heal up and stay on the front lines.
You're underestimating the Quickiebomb Launcher. The -15 damage penalty is nothing to doubt (hell it can still oneshot light classes right at their face). With a fast ramp up and quick detonation, it can do more than the stickybomb launcher. When I use it, I feel like a scout running around and kill a class with two quickies. That feel when the first one launches the opponent in the air and hitting them with another quickie below them is satasfying.

Heh I like these vids. I used to play tf2 a good while back and recently came back to it cause I friend got me back into it.
I will completely support the Battalions. Was having a problem pushing on a map, two or three sentry nests, and my friend was having problems building stock über. Whipped the Battalions out, and with a grouped push we walked in and flattened the nests.
The Loch-n-load two shots all level 3 buildings. It is so good against nests. Do *not* sleep on that.
While the Solemn Vow is pretty useless in pubs for coordination, it’s really good for battle medic as you can essentially pick a target like spies can.
The Red Tape Recorder has a weird use in reducing all level three buildings down to level two. A lot more useful than you’d think.
I’m surprised you didn’t go over any reskins in this video, especially the Nostromo Napalmer, the Apoco-Fists, and all non-crossover weapons that are missing stranges… For some reason…
Also, I’d like to compliment your usage on High Above the Land. One of the best of the Butt Butt soundtrack.
quick fix is most definitely not the weakest medigun. Maybe for competitive but in casual it is god tier. If you can keep more teammates alive than the enemy its hard to loose. Also the uber allos your whole team to tank a push and continue pushing after they run out with your superior healing. I love the thing give it more credit plz!

So I'm not sure if you remember, but in the engineer section you have mvm playing in the background and I noticed that you were using the wrangler, but whenever you switched off it you just waited for the shield to go away. Not sure if you knew but in mvm engineer's buildings instantly redeploy whenever you put them down, which most engies use to get rid of the shield quicker. Just a note
Use the fan o war with the soda popper and you're a force to be reckoned with, you can do an insane amount of damage
I started using the Hitman's heatmaker when I wanted to stop body shooting, now that I'm a bit more compitend I just grew to like the thing

I am CONVINCED that this thing a higher crit chance, almost all of my kills with this thing are crit kills.
Not as good as the Ubersaw or Amputator but the potential for fun is severely overlooked.
If you heal someone, and they deal damage, that damage fills your critbucket, so you do get more crits for less damage,

I agree with some of your thoughts.
I'd argue the classic is better than you'd think. When given time to train with it that is. Also if it could fire when not on the ground I am positive that would make it high tier.
And stock bonesaw is no laughing matter. That faster swing speed has saved my life on more than one occasion.
Im a scout main who uses just the soda popper guilatine and fish but sometimes the bonk bat, I ain't played in 4 years but coming back it still feels pretty good to use this Loadout
Long wall-of-text list of changes I’d like to see Valve try:
*1. Manmelter and Third Degree*
Swap their functionality. Have the Manmelter damage and ignite all enemies connected by a healing beam. Have the Third Degree gain critical hits by extinguishing allies.
*2. Pomson 6000*
Remove the uber and cloak reduction. Bring back player penetration. Increase projectile speed. Increase clip size to 6.
*3. Short Circuit*
. . . actually, nvm. My idea changed as I was writing it, and it got insanely complicated.
*4. Wrangler*
Remove spherical damage-reducing shield. Add a fully impenetrable (to damage, but not players) shield that is projected in front of the sentry. Shield is the surface of a spherical cap θ = 45°, radius about 100Hu. Though impenetrable, the shield only blocks fire from where the sentry is aiming, allowing fire from multiple directions to damage the sentry. Enemies can also walk right through the shield.
*5. Southern Hospitality*
Remove bleed effect and fire vulnerability. Reduce damage to players by 33%. Upon any owned building receiving damage, wearer receives a melee-only crit boost and +35% to movement speed - both for five seconds. Timer resets to 5s as buildings continue to be damaged.
*6. Vita-Saw (or new weapon)*
This is basically the Eyelander but for Medic. Each melee hit collects an organ. Each organ increases base HP (+15) and movement speed (+5%). Effect maxes at 5 organs. -25 starting max HP. Cannot collect a second organ from the same enemy until they fully heal or respawn. Shares head-stealing mechanic with Eyelander, Bazaar Bargain, and Air Strike.
*7. Solemn Vow*
Passive item. Medigun target can see health of enemies under reticule. Wearer can see outline and health of all teammates in FoV. -100% syringe gun damage.
*8. Razorback*
Remove overheal penalty. Make shield non-visible. Cancels one critical melee attack (backstabs, market gardens, charging demoknights, etc.) while scoped. Attacker is stunned for 5 seconds (similar to humiliation). Shield recharges after 30s or visiting a supply cabinet.
9. *The Classic*
Make it able to fire when off the ground.
Finally someone that doesn't call Vaccinator "BrOkEn"
He called it the strongest medigun which isnt the best since its suppose to be a sidegrade
in pubs the match is decided by the top 4 players on each team + if the medic is sentient or not.
Generally the 4 topfrags will be playing explosive classes (demo, soldier) or a bullet class (sniper, heavy) All of those except for soldier only have their damage type, and most soldiers run gunboats anyway.

It is broken though. If someone is decent with it even. You can counter anything without a medic and 2 weapon types. On top of that you force your enemy to kill your in 2 seconds before you can switch resistance and then uber again lol.

Can't keep up with the Human Sentry lifestyle.
If you have a pocket med the steak becomes a good sidegrade.
Heals the same as sandvich when thrown, the added speed when eaten gives you mid control without the temp health penalty of gru.
Its only a downgrade when your med dies. I strongly recommend running it with a friend on med on 5cp
