Two side notes: I have recently learned that "pipelines" is a term that is insensitive to native communities, and that "pathways" is a more appropriate term to use. I have also recently had a colleague share with me his interpretation on the term "cronyism" relating to bringing in unqualified people strictly because of a personal relationship. Through this interpretation, I completely retract my joke with the term "cronyism" in this video - every single person at this event is deeply remarkable.
