This is so helpful thank you so much! I am vegan & have a gluten allergy & this is the best information I’ve found about what food options I would have in DLP. So happy to see I wouldn’t be going hungry or stuck eating my own home bought snacks!

I'm so glad to find you and watch your video, you're really sweet, kind and helpful. I've a really rare disease and I have a lot of food restrictions, thanks to your video I can plan better my trip to Disneyland, because going there is one of my dreams but I have a lot of anxieties related to the food. You are very welcome. On our last trip we found that they updated a few of the counter service menus to include items that are almost completely allergen free (almost, but not completely) but we also found out that they no longer have a meatless Natama meal. Just so you have the info if you plan to go.

Thank you so much for this! I am vegetarian and gluten free and am going to Bistro Chez Remy this weekend. I wonder if you could please let me know if the Vegetable and Tofu Navarin is gluten free? I will of course check when I go as well, but would be nice to feel a little less anxious about food before we go! I have been a few times before but as a fish eater so it was much easier

Chloe Larkins as far as I know it is, but there have been menu changes between when I recorded this and now. Mostly for the better actually!! There are more vegetarian and vegan quick service options. However, they also got rid of the only vegetarian Natama meal, so that’s not good
