@@Rui-jt8uu Sorry! You're not slow, I didn't fully explain it. Yes, Earth has it's own ruler. The one assigning/sending the rulers to the celestial objects is a higher being, not the ruler of Earth 👍 Hope that explains it. If you have any other questions, I can answer :)
