When my sister started college several years ago, I gave her a box to keep in her car that was filled with items I would most often forgot during my own morning dash. Mini brush, deodorant, flossers, Listerine strips, hair ties, advil, fem products, hand sanitizer, tissue... etc. It served her well. :)
Great idea! Or when they start driving. Gonna have to remember this when my youngest starts driving. She's 11.5 my only girl

A word of caution on the deodorant - if you leave one of these kits in your car, it's wise to put anything that could melt inside a baggie - otherwise it might end up melting on everything during hot weather.
I love these ideas. Something I've had in my office for years is similar, but I re-purposed an old insulated lunch bag my daughter had outgrown. The interior insulation had developed a few cracks so I carefully cut that out and filled it with small-sized medicines, travel toothbrush and toothpaste, floss, and a collapsible cup. I also added a tape lint roller, mini brush, travel hairspray, clear nail polish (for runs in nylons), a small sewing kit and a few other essentials. The bag fits easily in my desk drawer and I can grab everything at a moment's notice. Can't tell you how often my coworkers have come to me for something because they know I'm just about always prepared with this.
I love the first idea. I live on the gulf coast. Hurricane season is around the corner. You never know when you need to leave. I like to have one in the car. You never when you gonna feel blah. Love this.

Fabulous ideas! I like how you put in non-emergency items (deodorant, floss, breath strips, etc.).
i bought all the things from the dollar store yesterday and put 3 together for my daughters and myself. They will be handy to keep in the car.

This is a great idea to keep in your car. I like that you labeled the drug's expiration dates! I was in DT yesterday and picked up two of the car wipes you'd mentioned in the men's stocking stuffers video. My husband and I can use those in our cars!
The weekly pill box thingie is such a brilliant idea! :)
I also purchased items for my wedding at DT, such as the 7 1/2 inch tall vases that I used for the centerpieces (with flowers from the florist) and a heart-shaped glass dish that held our Unity candle. I tried to save money where I could, because getting married is not cheap! :)

Love this idea! I did something similar last year when Walgreens was giving out free first aid kit bags with purchases of certain products. (Free is always fantastic!) We were replenishing a lot of supplies, so got several bags. We use one for travel, one for "mini booboos" that don't need mom's attention with the BIG first aid kit, and one to keep Uno cards, car games, and that kind of thing in. They are a great grab-and-go. It is time to do some restocking, so I am glad to know the Dollar Tree has added even more goodies. Love them, and love your videos! Thanks SO much!

Omg! I am dying over the seven day pill holder! I carry around tons of bottles of pills because we always need so many different things. That would be perfect! You are a genius!
Great idea for the pill container organizer.
I just made this (#2) for my husband! He is constantly forgetting to take his allergy medicine or needs some over the counter meds at work. He travels one day a week, so I prepared him a travel pharmacy for his backpack. He loves it! He even showed his employees.

I used to keep a very similar tiny caboodle in my desk at the classroom also including an extra pair of eye contacts and fabric glue - because yes, I've had a colleague rip a pair of pants during my credentialing and we all learned from her experience. The pill organizer is great! I'm uploading a first aid kit for the diaper bag tomorrow morning if you want to stay tuned.
I just bought two if those today. A blue and purple one! Now I know what I can do with one of them. thank you!

I saw those tiny craft containers the last time I went to Dollar Tree and thought, "I bet there's a really awesome way to use these. I just don't know what it is yet." you are a genius! I spotted a really cute box at Walmart in the travel section that fit in the palm of your hand and had 5 or 6 tiny compartments for just about anything. I can't decide what's cooler, that box, or this video. :D

Binaca isn't actually the knock off Listenine. Binaca is the original. It was around as a pocket breath spray long before Listenine. I remember having it 30+ years ago when I was a kid. It's definitely brand name. It's the original breath spray.

I bought packs of those hand sanitizers to give to my coworkers at Christmastime
I'm new to this channel and just fyi. The law is for prescription meds not Advil etc. Plus it's not about the container it's more about the prescription. And it's also about traveling through airlines etc not putting in your desk drawer or visiting your sister in Fresno when your driving. And many of you might want argue but I'm a lawyer and this is for the United States of America. Just carry you're Rx with you. It's a great idea!
