@@sarojtaak333 Just follow a damn tutorial and don't do anything stupid, also, I'm talking about the phone in the video, which doesn't have too much hard to do stuff, just a couple screws at the bottom, 4 screws inside, pop of a plate, disconnect old camera, connect new camera, install plate and screws, install outside screws, done. If you can use your eyes and can follow instructions you can fix your own phone if it's an easier to repair one (like my 5s or this phone)

Why are you over complaining this? First step: Cheak if your camera is black, Second step: If so, go into your photos and delete photos you don’t care about, Third step: if these don’t work then clear all unused apps, most likely the phone doesn’t have enough space to allow anymore photos.

This happened to me recently and it was actually an iCloud backup glitch. I had to reset my phone as new so I didn’t have any of my old pictures or apps.

ITunes restore is more effective than the reset all content and settings.
