I saw them do an extended version of this set at a small venue in Chicago after Lolla. One of the best I’ve ever seen too. PTM leveled up and they were always good.
I was rolling off a Tesla and I heard them start from Which Stage after Rina Sawayama, I grabbed my buddies and sprinted. Truffle pigged an awesome spot, and then they completely blew my socks off
John has social anxiety and I think the layers like the jacket, glasses, hat or beanie helps him cope enough to play. When he first started, he would play with his back to the crowd. He talks about it in an interview.
My new hobby is watching live PtM concerts and analyzing John's outfits. I love this one because he looks like he had been fishing. 10/10
