Man it is simpler than that. They just train harder. They grow up in a society where combat sports is the most popular thing. Like football in Brazil. Brazilians produced some of the greatest footballers and Chechnya produces great fighters.
There is more than that: Their ancestors have been fighters for the last several thousand years. That certainly helps! ;)
