I hope you enjoyed this very... Different type of video. Its definitely not my usual type of content however I thought giving an overview of my story, to give you all better context of the Lore of the History of the Future Universe going forward was a good idea!

Oh! An ocean-like planet. Humans may build a underwater city called New Atlantic.
This channel is so underrated. I was inspired to make my own galactic sci fi world after playing a few too many games of stellaris and omg this helps out a ton with brainstorming. Midway through my binge watch, I'm loving all of this!!! (Im also happy my home country of scotland managed to survive, unlike England 😂, and we have a city on mars named after us (Alba))
So, I know this timeline/lore is extremely unrealistic, but I kind of like this idea of "What if the early 21st century never really ends / what if the 31st century is basically the 19th-21st but in space". Another two works of science fiction which in my opinion do the "Space Capitalism" trope well are The Expanse (both the novels and the show) and Civilization: Beyond Earth (including the semi-official lore from outside the game itself).
If you make this into a book, I'll 100% buy it.

We are not the most convenient life form; the body plan of an octopus is 10 times more efficient and allows them to do anything they can with their arms and thumbs. We're just smarter. That's our main thing: intelligence. His designs, even if slightly more on the cartoony side, follow known rules for a successful intelligent race. They have a mode of transportation and a way of interacting. Why would aliens have to have two arms to be "the best"? What if they had 70 tentacles all over, but didn't have arms and could make and build 50 things at once?" would we then be better because we've got thumbs? Our body plan is just one of many that could easily be successful.

too late but I think its very disrespectful for his worldbuilding content using it's comment section to suggest (but lowkey demmand) him to draw specific pokemon ideas. If you are so excited about your fakemon ideas you should comissioned an artist.
This is a great video! It really needs more atention but I understand that not everyone is interested in the amazing findings of the Homo Colonis (Fan name for the new humans). I also have a BUNCH of ideas but first I´ll say some negative stuff. I personally think that the creatures are a bit unrealistic, if you look at any of the creatures in our world they all have solely two arms. And all the creatures that aren´t at least some what humanoid aren´t very accurate. The whole reason why WERE the one´s in charge and not beetle´s is ´cus nature thinks we are the most convenient. And also oposable thumbs. So yeah, great video and all but some natural mistakes which make it look less possible.
