These ports must be open to connect to the PlayStation 5 network:
Port 1935 (UDP and TCP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 3478 (UDP and TCP)
Port 3479 (UDP and TCP)
Port 3480 (UDP and TCP)
Port-forwarding on PS5 is configured via the router.

Hope this helps for most of you, I activated UPnP and UPnP-NAT-T (NAT connection is required which you're setting port forwarding) which is found in the Network>Lan Connection, once you input all these settings in Network>NAT>Port Forwarding then restart your modem, it will work. Even if your mobile data has NAT type 3 it connects to your PS5 which is connected to you home internet.

You might need to disable double NAT on your modem - isp

under NAT Forwarding on my router there is just
- NAT Boost
-ALG
-Virtual Servers
-Port Triggering
-DMZ
-UPnP
Whic should i select? there is no port forwarding..

You use virtual servers. It’s another name for port forwarding
