These really aren't great imo. They have dried out pretty quickly for the most part. They worked decently on the waterline at first but as they started drying out, it was harder to get the product on the waterline. The best eyeliner is the Sisley Phyto-Khol Star and they will stay on the waterline. They are expensive though! Check Selfridges or AllBeauty for better prices. Otherwise take a look at Chantecaille, Pat McGrath, ESUM, and LHCosmetics. Those are all good but not as great in the waterline as Sisley. The LH Cosmetics crayons and ESUM liners are probably next best imo.

I believe they altered the ingredients a little like they did with the stylo yeux last year

Are they long lasting?
I'm still testing them but I have worn them smudged so far and they last all day that way. I need to test my waterline and stuff still.
