Andy was the youngest brother, he had a solo career and was never a Bee Gee. bc. he was just born when his brothers started to sing together. His brothers wrote mostly the songs for him and also made the backup vocals. He should become a member of the Bee Gees but sadly died a few months before!

Andy was the youngest brother of the Bee Gee (Barry, Robin, & Maurice Gibb). They were all brothers. Barry, the tallest was the oldest; the other 2 (Robin & Maurice) were fraternal twins, 3 years younger than Barry; and Andy was 12 years younger than Barry. Unfortunately, Barry is the only one still living today.

It isn't live though he was a great live singer like his brothers. Nothing but perfection from that whole family. All 4 of them are brothers.
Andy was 12 years younger than Barry and 9 years younger than the twins Robin and Maurice. He was born the year the Bee Gees were established. 1958. They announced early 1988 that he would be joining the Bee Gees as a permanent member but sadly he passed away on March 10th just 5 days after his 30th birthday.

Andy Gibb was not from The Bee Gees. Andy was a solo artist and his 3 older brothers are The Bee Gees. The song was written by The Bee Gees. The Bee Gees always did backup for their brother. Andy was going to become a part of The Bee Gees but he died before that could happen.
They’re all brothers. The Bee Gees are Barry and his twin brothers Robin and Maurice. Andy is their little brother.

Thanks for your reaction. This is a lip synch performance. He's even lip synching the "Aha" adlib in between which is actually older brother Barry's voice from the recording. Andy was kind of Barry's mini me, about half a foot shorter and 12 years younger but they were the only lefties of the family. However, his voice was nowhere near as broad in range or as strong as Barry's. As producer Alby Galuten said in the book "Tales of the brothers Gibb "Andy's falsetto was nowhere near Barry's." Andy had a lower, huskier, sound to his voice and his range was not as big as Barry's. I personally always thought his voice was much better suited to songs of his first album, Flowing Rivers. Andy died of myocarditis - which is an inflammation of the heart - on March 10, 1988, 5 days after his 30th birthday. His heart had been weakened by his drug addiction over the years which, by the way, was also the main reason for his split from Victoria Principal. He also had a congenital heart problem that was later also discovered in Barry and Barry's second son Ashley. A ndy gib5 is the youngest brother of the bee gees but not a part of the group because was 12 years youger than barry the lead in staying alive maurice and robin are twins and are 9 years older . So by the time andy started in his teens the bee were already a well known group.
