I am hard pressed to believe that the inside scenes were filmed in a moving vehicle. Especially when he holds a flame to the vent window, cmon who you trying to kid. Not only that but that was the smoothest riding car I've ever scene especially on dusty rutted roads. Ooh the magic of television no doubt sold a boatlapd of Fords in the day.
