The title pretty much speaks for itself. This thing is putting on a good show as it tackles the hills across the Peak District and sounding great doing it, showing it still has some punch to pack 20 years later!
Like Stagecoach’s Peak Sightseer, the Peak Breezer is also a brand new open top service with a feeder to Chesterfield before and after the end of the core service. On this day the Hulleys feeders were cancelled due to driver shortages, with the 15:00 off Castleton being the actual last run but I wouldn’t have done the feeder anyway since I was after 17240 back from Chatsworth House on the rival feeder, having done 17643 on the way in
