  • In this video, I review the “Pso-Rite” product and how to use this device for trigger point release of the psoas muscle.
    We discuss the location and function of the psoas muscle and why it can be a problematic muscle for a jiu-jitsu practitioner.
    The Psoas muscle also effects hip mobility as well as can lead to hip and low back pain as this muscle can be inherently tight in jiu-jitsu practitioners.
    Releasing the Psoas muscle with a tool such as the Pos-Rite will lead to improvement in hip and low back pain, improved hip and back mobility, and will also assist with recovery for BJJ.

    Thanks for the tip I will have a look of this product. Could you do more video using a swiss ball (eg relax back...), because it's a simple stuff to get and it seems to have a lot of benefits.

    I’ve had mine for a day and I can’t believe how well it works. After the first use 90% of my lower back pain is gone. No joke! I’ve been on the fence for years about spending $80 on this. So glad that I did. I just ordered their back version as well. Thanks for the great video!

    Was this a sponsored video? or did they send you a pso-rite for free for you to review? I'm always skeptical of these review videos to be honest. But I'm interested in it.

      Pso-Rite sent me one and I tried it out and these are my thoughts. Didn’t get paid for the video.
      I have also used a ball to also do a psoas release which you can try as well.

    I wonder if the pso rite could not be dangerous to cause an inguinal hernia?

      Get plenty of hydrolyzed collagen, organic sulfur and vitamin C and do isochain isometrics..should avoid that.

      @@b.tisdale202 I no longer need to book a chiro now...that would have cost me a load I'm sure.

    Will this dig into the ovaries?

    • @TheJiuJitsuTherapist
      @TheJiuJitsuTherapist  Před 2 lety

      No, Based on proper placement of the device it would not interfere with with the ovaries. The ovaries are lower (inferior) to the placement of the device
