This is not the first time you are missing out the 60fps (Can greatly enhance the image, especially when there is movement) Despite the 1080P resolution.If you have problem to use 60fps with the NVR you can do the test to U3 A1 microSD Please do the 60fps test

There is no point doing so. Changing 25fps to 50fps will only affect video fluency. The only parameter that might benefit from 50fps is noise reduction, but on the other hand you will loose possibility to use 1/25s shutter.
