I am in search of peace this morning... trying meditation 2nd day and boy it is hard to calm the mind. I had to stop the meditation. I am going to shake off the feeling, take a few breaths and be gente with myself as i go again..;)

I am struggling a bit in meditations. If anyone has ANY advice please give.. thankyou.
Look at meditation 🧘🏽♀️ is like a muscle love, it takes awhile to build it up ya know? Love continue to work on strengthening your muscle. It took me about a solid month before I personally felt like I was “getting it.” Just don’t give up love.
@@libraempath1523 I have decided to try every day in the mornings and I am listening to the meditations for when you sleep at night. When I am breathing I am unsure if I am rven breathing right lol but you are right it is a muscle that I must actively exercise. Thank you.
