Loakum she's said in multiple interviews that she was not pregnant during WW, but was pregnant towards the end of JL and then was pregnant during reshoots for WW where they used a green screen on her belly. She was not initially pregnant during WW. That would have meant carrying a baby in her uterus for 2 years. Comprende?
