No, I did not. Sorry, I should have mentioned that. I did absolutely nothing to them. I cut them down after first hard freeze in the Fall then I walked away from them and did nothing. This is all on their own. I plan to not fertilize or water this summer so they’ll be completely on their own.

do you trim your banana leaves at all during the summer or just let them grow?
Very rarely do I trim off anything, but every once in a while I do take off some particularly bad looking ones. Thanks!
