I recently got this knife a few days ago but the 4034 version. Factory edge came shaving sharp. I have a ken onion worksharp if I need to touch it up but I plan to keep its edge reserved for self defense situations, so it sits razor sharp in my car lol Also from owning several CS San Mai models the 4034 on the gurkha kukri plus isn't so bad, not early as low quality looking as the Warcraft magnum tanto in 4034 but both knives are awesome. Edit: Im also waiting on an AD10 I ordered 5 days ago. Seems the synchronicities are strong here lol
So you are saying that they are selling 4034 blades as CPM 3V? That's really messed up. Are they marking them as 3V to get the premium price? I only have one of the older cheaper Cold Steel Kukris in VG 1 steel with the San Mai line. Mine don't have the guard on it like yours. Still really nice though. Thanks friend
i just wont buy the Natchez or the Kukri in 4034, it cost allmost the same as 3V, but is not near the quality. I am a Norwegian and i pay alot for them here, like 600 dollars before i have it in hand. But i will buy this one and the Natchez soon, in 3V. But this one has now come in 52100 steel and that is great news, few steels get as sharp as that steel and it is super clean.
Got one with the same coupon lol...they're coming out with this in 52100 soon. You gonna complete the trilogy? I have the machete versions in 1055 as well!

I have really have got some good performance from my 4034 Kukri. I can wait to use the 3v.
