The teaching provided enables you to better understand the needs of children with such difficult beginnings in order to help children heal and become all that God desires for them to be.

My husband and I are in the process of being placed with a sibling group who is adoptable. Our paperwork was rolling right along and we were SO CLOSE to bringing them home and then BAM the virus hit and we are at a stand-still. They are currently in a safe foster home, and I’m so thankful for that, but I just want this whole thing to go away so we can all get our kids! You and Chad have been on my mind throughout this whole pandemic. I pray that everything calms down soon and things move quickly for all of us in waiting.
So sorry for your adoption being on hold :( I'll definitely be praying for your situation to be resolved soon. As for us, we turned in ALL the paperwork to become foster parents and are at a standstill since no other contact can happen. On the positive end, we have more time to furnish the room! But it also gives me more time to worry about the next steps and overthink everything. We're both in the middle of God's plan and I trust He will see it through!

Thank you for sharing your heart and feeling on the adoption and how this pandemic has effected it. I have been thinking and praying for your whole family through this most difficult time. Knowing you have a child out there, but not being able to be with then has to be so very difficult!! As a foster parent myself it has been difficult and heartbreaking to know that so many children are stuck in a bad home right now and because of everything going on my be there with out help for a while longer. All I can do right now is pray and beg God to protect them.
Did you see the CZcams mother Myka Stauffer “rehome” her son she adopted from China. What are your thoughts
I have a lot of thoughts. It’s a really unfortunate situation. Praying for Huxley and the adoption community!
Don’t you have enough children now without collecting more children? Please focus on the children you have!
