Mike, The Lanai turned out great. Don’t you love it when your plans turn out as good (or better) than expected? I like the two types of screens for the lanai too. I hope you enjoy it for many years to come. Jim
A nice addition to expand the lania to enjoy more outside space..looks furbaby approved too..enjoy..have a awesome fall❤from a Indiana girl living on the Virginia Tennessee line
Thanks a lot Sherry we are only a few days in and enjoying our time out there. Martin lovely outside and watching the wildlife. Think it’s going to work out great.❤️👍😀
Love the addition. I like the cement slab outside the Lania, great space for grills. I've been looking at new homes in the villages and some of the homes have no cement outside the lanai.
Thank you for the nice words. The next phase is going to be the landscaping and I’m hoping to take the grills and go around the corner possibly either pavers or something else getting them off of that cement patio.👍
Thank you Jim it’s a work in progress. Trying to figure out placement of furniture and a fire pit. When you look at courtyard villas, make sure you have room to put the birdcage. They are real sticklers about being off the lot lines. Just something to think about when you’re looking. thanks for watching the video and catch you late😃
Sure it was roughly around 12,000. If you want to add electrical outlets and a fan, it’s extremely expensive. But if you stick to the basic build, I don’t think it’s a bad price.
It looks great! I'm sure you enjoy the added space.

I can't wait to sit out there!
Hey that looks fantastic. I hope you enjoy it. Take care.
Thanks a lot I appreciate that. So far a few days and we are really enjoying it. Can’t wait for winter.😀
Looks nice!

Can you share the cost?
