Oil 1/2 cup എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.. അതിനു പകരം butter ഉപയോഗിക്കാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.. എന്നാൽ butter എത്ര വേണ്ടി വരും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞില്ല..100gm ബട്ടർ മതിയാകുമോ 1/2cup ഓയിലിനു പകരം??? മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു... ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണു... Pls

I tried this cake yesterday and omg.. it came out soooo tasty! Thank you so much!! The only thing is 180 degrees for 45 mins + 160 degrees for 15 minutes was a bit too much in OTG.. within 43 minutes, the top of the cake got black (not burnt) and the bottom of the cake got a bit stuck to the pan. Also, when I pricked the center of the cake after 35 minutes to check if it's done or not, the center became dented. Dint know why. But the end result somehow was soooo good.. must try recipe.
do not prick the cake in 35 min. It is not cooked yet and still very wet inside. check only after 45 min.
Same happened to me too. Centre got dented.

Hi Reshmi..I tried this recipe for this Christmas. Normally I use all spices for plum cake and do dry fruits soaking in different way, so was doubtful about the results with only cloves as the spices and dry fruits soaking in this different method. But the result was amazing. My family loved it. I will follow only this recipe in future. Thanks a lot for this wonderful recipe!
