  • I cannot get over how easy this was using a lab radar and precision cut.
While we took an average you could technically get an incredible tape with 1 shot.
From now on this is how I will build sight tapes.
Let us know what you think and if you have any questions!

So far we have tested this to 113 and without any changes it has been dead on! More testing here at TAC soon!

Hands down the easiest method i have found and most accurate. No longer scared to switch arrows either!

It would be great to see the velocities charted out. Nice selection of vanes.

Saw this on elkshape. I have the garmin chrono. I want to try this using it.

That should work! I really like the lab radar but I saw precision cut did it with Garmin and it worked great! -Kyle

Awesome! Nothing like a tape without all that pesky human error! 😅👊

my question is, how do you take your calibration shot at 80 yards without a sight tape to begin with? you just accept you're probably going to loose/break an arrow, and send it?

Great question! If starting from scratch I would just slowly walk back and you can also use distances such as 20 and 60 to build a tape. I think it’s more accurate further out but you can build tapes with shorter distances. Hope that helps! -Kyle
