Yes you DO. If you have travelled to any country that has a yellow fever risk or comes from any such country, you need a yellow fever certificate. I was asked for it. It is also required for multiple other countries and it is best to get it as it lasts for life. This information is general, I can’t specify every case so this is a broad set of requirements
