It's not "Some Immunity." It is full immunity for situations that are job related ("Official Acts"); there is no immunity for personal actions. Of course, that leaves a grey area that is the true elephant in the room. Meanwhile, for what Trump was accused, he has full immunity if it is proven job related -- 100%. I bet Bush, Clinton, and Obama are all breathing easier right now. This isn't a Trump decision; it is one for ALL Presidents.

The lower court decisions can always be appealed and eventually come back to SCOTUS.
Article II of the constitution lays out The responsibilities of the President. One of those is "has the duty to see that the laws are faithfully executed'. That does not just mean Federal law, it also means state law. Voter fraud violates voting laws in all 50 states. If there is even a question about it, the President must tell DOJ to investigate and enforce the law. Another power is that the President is required to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Either of these would void the federal charges against DJT. IN the records case, the last act of any president is to clear out the white house. DJT did that and turned over all records requested by the archives. If the archives wanted more they could have asked. Instead the jack booted Nazi's stormed the castle and took everything.

official or unofficial acts are really very debatable, and it's still a victory of Trump! The prosecution did not get what they want. All sorts of legal interpretations in the lower court are still subject to scrutiny of the Supreme Court in the future.

The Supreme Court refused to even take the case because they agreed with all lower courts, that there was no evidence of voter fraud.
Dominion successfully sued Fox News and others for lying about them stealing the election. Election workers successfully sued because they were also lied about, it was proven in court that they did not help steal votes.
