One of the President's core constitutional duties is to "...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution..." and that includes defending the Constitution’s Electoral College provisions under Article II, Section 1, Clause 3, which DJT clearly sought to defeat with the "Green Bay Sweep". The organized use of private attorneys and WH staff to produce and transmit forged elector slates, which were designed to induce VP Pence to reject the valid elector slates as well, is a blatant violation of DJT’s “core constitutional duties” that should lead to his prosecution pursuant to 18 USC § 1001 for the false swearing of his federal oath of office. This abrogation of oath and violation of the election interference statute 52 USC § 10307, could also be the basis for disqualification of DJT’s presidential electors in a contest of those ascertainments issued post-election pursuant to 3 U.S.C. § 5(d).

It does as they never weighed in on what was official and what was not. Using evidence that is not illegal, which the court and DA thought was tainted the jury against him as the jury believed those actions were illegal. That does not even touch of the alleged bias of the judge who's daughter, Loren Merchan, profits on trumps prosecution. His daughter is the president of Authentic Campaigns, which raised 93 mil off Trump's trial for democrats. They used his trial in their solicitation emails for money. 20mil of that fund raising went to Adam Schiff US Senate campaign.

@InanaNinsianna To me, it's not. This NY case seems to be a private matter that was charged for the wrong reason. It had nothing to do with his campaign for presidency. It's political interference by the Democrats.

Technically true, although I'd bet any of these cases could've brought the immunity question themselves if Trump v US hadn't done it first.

@@InanaNinsianna Why should he is the question? The Supreme can't save their Felon King from incarceration this time, the crimes of falsifying business records occurred in 2015........ from 2015 to till present 9500 NY business owners have been charged with felonies for falsifying business records, so Trumps excuse of being single out is nonsense.

By the way, not sure who to vote. Both presidents can be a liar but i am still leaning toward Trump.
