People were wondering how I did this and if I were cheating to get this high level so I decided to make use of the description place;
1 Use the Aetherial Crown glitch (requires Dawnguard or the Special Edition) to have two standing stones active simultanously without wearing the crown itself. This method can be found on Google. Unless you want to wear a Thalmor Helmet which glitches with the any circlet to wear both. You need heavy armor as described later in this guide.
2 Be under the influence of the Mage stone and the Lover Stone simultaneously. This way your character will learn skills 35% faster.
3 Get either the rested bonus from sleeping in any bed (skills level 5% faster), or get the well rested bonus from sleeping in an owned bed (skills level 10% faster) or in an owned bed while being married (skills level 15% faster).
4 You now level either 40%, 45% or 50% faster depending on if you own a bed or not and if you're married.
5 Get your enchantment to level 100 and enchant 1 ring, 1 necklace, 1 headgear and one body slot each with 25% fortify Illusion to reduce spell casting with 100%; aka free-casting.
6 Chain cast Courage on any follower or the Whiterun guard who is standing still in the market area in Whiterun until you get Illusion to level 100.
7 Go to the College of Winterhold and do the Master Illusion Ritual quest from Tolfdir and then buy the Harmony spell from him.
8 Go to any area in the game where a lot of npc's are gathered. Guards don't count as they are too strong to be effected by an (unperked) Harmony spell.
9 Make the Illusion tree Legendary to reduce Illusion from level 100 to level 15 again.
10 Now wear your 100% reduced Illusion armor and cast Harmony four or 5 times in a row depending on how many npc's you influence at once to get Illusion to level 100 again and repeat step 9 and 10. The faster your character levels the less amount of chancasting Harmony is needed between each time you Legendary Illusion again. Therfore I highly recommend reaching the 50% learning cap to give yourself some slack.
11 Put all or almost all points into Health.
12 Get your Heavy Armor skill to level 100 and unlock the Cushioned perk which reduces falling damage by 50%.
13 Go jump down mountains and have fun. ;)
As you can see this method can be done on a brand new character which is exactly what I did just to see if it would work.
And it did.
That btw is why my character had discovered North Skybound Watch during this video; he had yet to discover everything else in game. There's another myth busted.

There's no strength in this. Since enemy health scales to your level but your damage doesn't, he probably couldn't kill a chicken.

11coolio22 Have you the special edition? That one is way more stable than the original one, plus it includes all DLC's. The Executioner's Hood can now be looted in Helgen Keep. I like that one since it basically is a Thieves Hood but without any enchantment.

@@user-vw4cg1xq7r Role-playing really, technically speaking the quests never end. Due to Bethesda's radiant ai system, there's always something to do, dragons to slay. Even if it is boring.
Unless you make your own stories than it gets old really quickly. You have plenty of armors, weapons and spells to mix and match and to create your own little life, a life where despite the dragons, vampires and monsters roaming around it still seems brighter than the real world.

I tried using Unrelenting Force on a guard in Markarth once and after saying "Watch this!" to my girlfriend, I promptly flew by the guard to my death after forgetting to switch out my Whirlwind Sprint shout....Well, at least one of us laughed that day.

@@parzival5484 There's a trick in skyrim where you can loop an effect using alchemy, making the values rise in the hundreds of thousands. Then you use that to make any broken potion you want, and with that you can make weapons do thousands of damage or enchant a helmet to give you a million health.
It's called the fortify restoration glitch.

Actually now he is able to flee from combat any time.
Being as high of a level as he is you're not going to be challenged very often in the game, you are pretty much op as hell and can pretty much decimate your enemies with absolute ease, the only thing he has not conquered up until this point is surviving a fall from a mountain....

so much to look forward to when you reach level 1000
My current character (orc female) is level 601. I've stopped power leveleling after 600 as I became tired of it.
The method I'm using takes 1 hour per 100 levels so I'm demotivated for the moment to get her to level 1000 any time soon.
At 601 she has over 4000 health and 1000 magicka and stamina. I'm playing with Achieve That for extra challenges and three of those achievements were to reach 1000 in all stats, so there.
If she's wearing heavy armor (no matter the state and her armor level) she is nearly invincible, which is... kind of boring. In clothes however, and without flesh spells she can be killed, by ancient dragons and forsworn warlords when they start dual wielding. Saying that she does die pretty easily there. Those forsworn are nothing to joke about, that's for sure.
How do you "power level"? Plz respond I would like to know so bad ;-;
Kie Ray Enchant 4 pieces of gear with +25% alteration (you need 100 enchanting for that) and use the spell telekinesis on an object which you hold when you fast travel to a place on the other side of the map.
From there you are level 100 alteration. Legendary that skill and travel the same way to another point on the map far enough from your point to become level 100 alteration again.
You can speed up this process by having the mage stone active and the lover stone simulteniously (Google Atherium Crown glitch for that). It will speed up this process by 35%.
+Leto85 any tips on how to easlily get 100 enchanting? And where to find telekinesis?
Kie Ray Well, you need a lot of gold to train enchanting in the first place (as soulgems are rather expensive). You could go hunting down mammoths to fill those bigger gems yourself but that requires you to be strong already.
I just made a lot of potions and sold those to have enough money to buy soul gems and I smithed a lot of jewelry to enchant as these also can be sold for a good amount of coin.
There are so many methods to up your enchanting I advice you to Google it and just pick the method that would suit you best.

Try whirlwind sprinting off the edge rather than jumping. It's less likely you'll land on a ledge sticking out and you'll go farther.

My character didn't know any shouts because I had build him purely for jumping, and for jumping like this.
This is one of the things I do when I beat the ENTIRE game(yup.....all of the side quests, all of the locations, all of the masks,unique weapons/armor,etc). Try to find the most humorous way to die. The best death I got by dumb luck is quite a story: I was fighting a Elder Dragon and a dumb skeever when a Werewolf came and sucker punch me off the mountain. I survived but landed right in the middle of an intense battle with a crazy arch mage and a giant. I was still getting up when the Giant decide to give me a free trip to the moon. First hit didn't work but midway from getting hit the second time(still didn't get up 😑) the arch mage hit me with a lighting bolt and killed me. Remembered the Giant? He was midway from hitting me when I died so when he hit me I ended up popping up in front of the same Dragon I fought earlier and it looked at me in the last sec like wtf happened to you. Funniest death ever.

People don't read the description where he gives a mini walkthrough on how he achieved this godly feat.
Now get whirlwind sprint, all 3 words, get to the highest position in the world and sprint of the steepest cliff

And... and ... the character needs to be a High Elf, so that he can jump higher, since they are the tallest race.
High Elves jump higher? Interesting
Yeah man, and not only that. They also run faster. Character height goes hand in hand with the speed they run with, so a Breton female (often portrated as the best race and gender one could play in Skyrim) is in fact one of the slower characters you can pick.
Orcs are the semi-talest and therefore run faster than everything except the high elf of course. Aside from that they also have Berserker Rage which duration of 60 seconds once per day can be upgraded to 120 seconds once per day by becoming a vampire necromage. Cutting incoming damage doesn't count for fall damage though, I've already tested that. But the reason I mention orcs still is because depending on preferences both the high elf and the orc as well are in my personal opinion the upper races for mentioned reasons. I know that sounds very nazi-like though but thank goodness we're talking about a videogame here. :)
To make things even more interesting; another reason why the High Elf is superiour and perfect for this Sky Diving build is his 50 points of extra magicka. Magicka has little to do with mountain jumping, I know, but if you happen to want to put in like 1000 points total in both stamina and 1000 points into magicka (which is more than enough to keep you going without having to relie on enchantments to lower the casting of spells) you will have 50 points extra over to put in your health, which is EXACTLY what this build depends on in order to thrive! 50 points of health can be a life saver! Even more when you realise that the more health your character has, the more health regenerates per second.
If only I knew this already in 2013... but ah well, I'm still proud of my accomplishments back then and people are still enjoying this video just as I enjoy reading people's comments.
Personally never really cared much about races (generally pick the one who's originating from the location where the game is played though, so, for Oblivion I'd get Imperials, Skyrim Nords, etc. etc.) as I tend to go with a sneaky character but personally aren't a fan of a character with a tail sticking out of their armor/clothing.
Nice. That is exactly what I like about all the races in Skyrim; every player can pick them for their own personal races. And picking originated races can make for a total different great playthrough.
Guy can probably land on a dragons head with them skills, no weapon required.

A true Dragonborn would whirlwind sprint into the sky and fall down upon dragon shouting Unrelenting force with a Steel sword ready to drive said sword into the dragon's head.
What I love about Skyrim is you can go from homeless whelp prisoner about to be executed to a godlike master of arcana trade and blade with the power of a dragon, vampire, and werewolf, a Thane in every hold, Harbinger of the Companions, Guildmaster, Archmage, pretty much Superman.

This video is so sad... Despite every battle he was in, nothing could deliver him to aetherius. He fought countless battles but still no one could best him... He lived a long and miserable existence and couldnt take it anymore so he did what he thought was his only option and jumped from the throat of the world. But even this brought no solace as jumping from the mountain only brought him more pain instead of bringing him to sanctuary.

It takes 2-4 years to reach to that level depends if your dedicated to playing it all day long.
Artjoms Pugacovs especially me, since becouse of some realy annoying bugs i had to delete my saves and start all over again... 5 Times already. So I use fast lvling tricks, like experience manipulation to grant me more experience. Untill i'm at the lvl before i bugged.
