One of the things that I think is super cool about this whole show JJ has going is how they actually get players to break things down on a technical level. It really strips a lot of the hype and nonsensical analysis that we often see portrayed on ESPN. Rather than get short soundbites out of players you actually get to hear how they actually think about the game when it comes to actual strategy and so forth. Major props.

Missing his nuts or not, the intention was there and that’s why it was assessed as a flagrant. *context is key* The NBA didn’t want headhunting of stars to come back like the 1960s-to-1982 era. (The discretionary power the NBA Refs have in assessing flagrant fouls is ALL on Nike and NBA beat writer’s like Skip Bayless. They started the narrative the Pistons were particularly dirty, because MJ wasn’t getting the calls when he *jumped into* set defenders and then fell. Nor when he pulled his regular season normal “sweep through the handcheck for any contact and immediately try a arm flapping jumper”, and he wasn’t getting that cheap call in the playoffs.

He’s defiantly the key to that warriors team and should be top 75. He always is good on D and as a big man can run an offense. But he defiantly did those make his bed to get suspended being the player he was.

Draymond is a first ballot HOFer regardless no debate. He has the stats and accolades to back it up. Steph and Klay both went on record and mentioned how Dray is the heart and soul of the team. You’re much appreciated and respected Draymond

    Draymond first 4 games 15, 9, 5
Lets say GSW win game 5 with Draymond playing he would have have needed like 40, 10, 8 in game 5 for him to even be considered fmvp.

the narrative would've been that golden state needed Green to win. He gets suspended and they lose games. He comes back and they're winning again. If they win game 7, all eyes would be on him and he had the best performance. He's not wrong in saying he had a good chance of getting fmvp.

No way Draymond would’ve been finals MVP and voters would’ve never allowed the same thing with Iggy to happen again after all the commentary over why Steph didn’t get it.
I’m one of the folks that also say that Draymond is the reason they lost the series. First because he was out of control and got countless unnecessary fouls and had the big head and came in shooting everything. The team was out of sync because Draymond tried to be Steph because of his ego. He didn’t play the way they were supposed to. Klay has a tendency to do it as well where they think the whole game is on them and shoot everything and they usually lose those games.
I still like Draymond but we can all believe the hype too much about ourselves at times. By the way Iggy wasn’t top 75 and he has the FMVP and more all stars and accolades than Draymond.
