I enjoyed the video with one exception. You stated that Sailview had “something for everyone.” I disagree. With a range from $700k and up, that is absolutely NOT everyone. Also very few of the videos (not just yours) mention good areas for retirees looking to re-locate. Would love to see something along those lines in your videos, $300-$550k.
@dantracy621 Thank you so much for watching! There are definitely some more affordable options in the Denver area. Have you watched the Trilogy 55+ community in Denver video? They start at 400k and have amazing amenities. There are also some great communities just outside of the Charlotte area that are more affordable. Also take a look at our other 55+ video. Cresswind is featured in that video and they have homes in the mid 400k. @@livingincltthe HOA is out of control and way to expensive for most retirees!!!! Also the community is run by a bunch of pickle ball Thugs!!! Trilogy is an over priced haven for scumbag NYs and New Englanders.

This whole Lake Norman area is too crowded!! Too many people!!! Nobody wants to sit in traffic half their lives.
