He has a better body than any open competitor today. I understand he has a couple areas to work on, but No bloating, taller is always better with muscle mass and balanced proportions. He has more of a golden era physique and thats best. It doesn’t take an expert to see that.

@JohnnytNatural you're right, he can. He can cut down to anything, but he has the look he does because he holds the weight he does. Also, him being listed as 6'2 means he'll probably be officially closer to 6'1 lol. Never known anyone to be taller when their actually measured, so the question is how will someone who off seasons at over 300 lbs look when they cut down to cbums weight?

Andrew is almost there. He has that look. Just few more improvements and he is there. I wish he would have a true full off season but I get it.
Andrew comes across as very easy going and down to earth. But that belies how intensely focused and driven he is. The guy is insanely committed. Also very intelligent.

Try a v-bar and then use the figure eight wrist straps to assist with the grip if you want to go heavier on those belt squats

Yes but Andrew is more experienced and has a much better proportioned physique, and comes in with better/comparable conditioning.
@@RDS_ArmwrestlingAndrew looks wider and has wider clavicle length making have the x frame which is very aesthetic while Neckzilla has a pear shape with narrow clavicles and large legs and hips which gives him a more feminine figure.

Bodybuilding is an art of a crazy physique and exaggerated muscle definition and size. Yes they take drugs. But what u don’t see is the dedication of eating and strict lifestyle they have. Steroids dnt make me admire what they do it’s the dedication to they craft certain foods they eat, no parties no time with family or friends. Only time you see them pig out is off season. At the end of the day spread your negativity somewhere else.

You notice they never go to true failure on any workout? Raise the weight, slow the reps down, go through a full ROM, an go to true failure.
