    What I'm going to need from all of you is to drop your theories on this movie...
    Here's mine...
    SPOILER TERRITORY:
    All the girls besides Ginger were actually their doppelgangers the whole time, their true form is the monsters and the monsters are master shapeshifters. Ginger was a ghost also. This doesn't make sense but it's all I have.

    • @broksamson
      @broksamson Pƙed rokem +73

      My theory is the whole thing was a scary story told by Ginger at her own sleepover and she is actually really good at telling them. Also the dad is obviously a monster too.

      Ginger was a ghost. When her ghost parents saw how the brats were forcing her into scary story activity she didn't like, they used their ghost powers to bring all their stories to life in a big full moon ghost illusion.

    Theory for Sasha: The doppelgĂ€nger in the story wasn’t the doppelgĂ€nger; Sasha was. She had earned her place back in the mirror, and the “doppelganger” from the mirror told the story at the sleepover. But she remembers it from Sasha’s point of view as soon as she leaves the circus, therefore making her believe that Sasha in the mirror is real.

    the friend didn't break the vase, her cat did ^^
    My theory for Ginger and her family: Ginger was an actual ghost this whole time. Sasha did meet her at abandoned movie theater. Ginger hates being scared so why would she even go there in the first place and why did she fear her mother so badly? each time her mother comes into a scene, she cowers and you can hear it in her voice, its not a respectful an obeying type of tone, its a fear an submissive type of tone. Seeing that 'smeared' stuff on the wall that had gingers figure on a wall, looked like she was sitting there with her back facing the wall or she was begging on her knees towards the picture and the frame could've been a symbol of a parent yelling at their child.... Was ginger killed by her mom? she didn't fear her dad, it was always her mother. Did ginger get murdered by her own mothers abuse?... that smeared stuff could've been dried blood.. gingers blood...

    The Bratz movies are so strange, but that’s what makes them endearing. It’s like they had no filter while making these movies, because they literally had a 7 dwarves boyband singing group in the fairytale movie. i used to be extremely scared of this movie for the same reasons you found it unsettling, but when I was a child I could not really put my feelings about it together and it just confused me. the lack of good ending and abandoned plotlines, generally common and terrifying scenarios (being switched with your evil doppleganger, your friends turning out to be evil, or being stuck alone somewhere) hit me SO HARD........i hated it but I am happy I found the video about it because i was at last able to "discuss" it with someone..........

    the best part of the movie has to be when Ginger is telling her story, she just keeps trying to repeat the story, but only gets to the beginning every time because she keeps getting scarred, the beginning of the story went something along the lines of "once there was a girl who had a sleep over" and the way they portray this when the stories all become real is them running up to every single house and each one being the beginning of the sleep over, over and over again. I just think that was smort

    This was one of my favorite Bratz movies (this and the movie where they’re spies in Paris) even tho growing up I had no idea what was going on-As I got older tho the movie felt like it was a lesson peer pressure. Ginger is constantly throughout the movie telling the girls she’s terrified of scary stories and would rather go to bed like her mother told them to. Yet the Bratz are always dismissing her fear until they pressure her into telling them her own scary story, in which she has a breakdown and runs out of the room. I think the reason the Bratz are monsters at the end is because they were the true “villains” after all.

It made me cry but i was too young and short to be able to reach up on my dresser to turn the dvd player off and i couldn't call my mom to come do it because she had fallen asleep and I was sick that day and couldn't yell. This movie is why I can't handle any media with the concept of doppelgangers or people that look like you but aren't (like Mandela catalog) also probably why i had nightmares about carnivals as a kid. Eventually my mom did turn the movie off halfway through the last story because it was late and then she mad eme go to sleep, I was terrified and had the worst nightmares of my life that night. I could look at Bratz dolls or tvs after that without getting scared, it's honestly by far one of my worst childhood memories and I'm kind of embarrassed to admit that it still freaks me out to this day.
