Las Vegas was like that in 08-09 I had 2 houses upside down lost half its value it was bad bad… hoping we can get a really good deal moving to Dallas 2024

This is why I've been waiting since the start of Covid. I knew this would happen eventually. Definitely looking to buy something later this year as prices continue to drop due to high interest rates.

Those poor owners that got a new build last year..........are going deeper and deeper UNDERWATER. Think its time to start looking.
