砵仔糕在家乡叫砵仔玛， 是街头小食
Rice Pudding is one of the famous street food in my hometown.
Recipe #1: Rice flour 粘米粉 140 g; 水 water 400 ML
Recipe # 2: Rice four 粘米粉100 ; Arrow root flour 木薯粉 20 g ; Wheat cornstarch 澄面10 g
Garlic Source 蒜蓉酱: Garlic, oil, green onion (optional)
Some peanut and sesame 少量花生 芝麻

This is very similar to Vietnamese banh beo, with ground dry shrimp, mung bean, green onion with special diluted fish sauce.
