The ultra high-speed observatory elevators are very well filmed, even overfilmed, so here is the double-deck elevators that serve the office tower levels. This set of shuttle double-deck elevators operate between the major sky lobbies at 35/36F and 59/60F where transfer to and from the mid-level and upper-level bank of local elevators take place.
Security is tight for this building, even at sky lobby levels which are manned, but if you have a prior appointment with an office tower tenant (I had one) and do not deviate from your original purpose and destination it will not pose any issue. Walking in ad-hoc is very difficult unless you absolutely know who you are meeting with.

Recently I found that Ningsama Productions' main CZcams channel is closed about few days ago (except for the transportation and travel channel including the Elevanian Saga Official's CZcams channel which is not affected) and her videos including a lots of elevators, escalators and travelators (moving sidewalks) videos that she was filmed in every locations in Thailand (also in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan) were unwatchable (also her Facebook account is still operational but no longer active) but some parts of the videos that were captured in Fandom website are safed

@@sgbuses The main channel which is in 1,000+ subscribers peak I think the latest lift video filmed in other countries was in a trip in Malaysia as she was filmed in KOMTAR and some other locations in Malaysia that I didn't know at the beginning

At first I thought the fast elevators were down or something so they were doing this to get to the observatory instead.

It is theoretically possible if both observatory elevators are out, but is a more tedious method so I can imagine they'd rather close it temporarily or use the fireman elevators if they really have to.
