    Lectron has already revolutionized carbureted fuel systems and their Billetron Pro-Series is the next evolution in Lectron's pursuit to perfect the carburetor. The Pro series carb introduces the new Torque Jet that activates just off idle, while continuing to utilize the metering rod and power jet circuits that results in a control over fuel delivery that has been referenced to “near EFI mapping capabilities”. Lectron has taken the benefits of OEM fuel flexibility and adjustability of three fuel circuits, made it trackside adjustable, and combined it with an engineered bore design that provides tailored air flow and velocity dynamics specific for volumetric capabilities of 125cc-300cc dirt bike engines.
    Take a closer look in this product spotlight as Chase goes over all the features found on the new Billetron Pro 38 and how it compares to the other carburetors in the Lectron line.

    Just got an anodized blue pro series for my 99 yz125, little tricky to fine tune tho so far imo, once I started to fine tune the power jet felt like started throwing it off in other parts down low rpms 🤷‍♂️ still messing with it tho an kts great just plugs a little lean so trying to get the right plug color is all now

    Installing the 38 Pro on our '02 cr250 tommorrow. These things are supposed to be the bees knees for the last gen CR case reed carb tuning. Cant wait. Low end punch to match or beat stock low rpm + top end improvements. Jets are whack in 2023 especially now w ethanol pump gas

      Installed a Lectron Pro in my '03 CR250 that has always been problematic down low with fuel and power delivery as a result of the case reed induction. In short, the bike runs better than ever throughout the rev/power range and its the best $ I've spent for improved power from the old 2 smoker. I highly recommend the Lectron Pro series carbs.

      Amazing difference coming off of an unknown jetting setup on keihin pwk. I think it was a chinese copy also may be why it feels so drasticly better? Down low punch w Pro version worth every bit $100 more. It has ~ 20 hours now on same plug it looks beautifull, never touched torque/power jet knobs...out of the box already great. I think maybee I did 1/2 turn on idle speed thats it? Bike starts same at sea level as 5k feet. 1-3 kick bike. Lectron told me on '02+ cr250s they like to run 40:01 w their metering rod setup but I err to reliability and mix 34:01 w vp110(overkill on stock head but i wanted the lead in the motor and no ethanol) + maxima smokeless and it has minimal spooge and the plug is great the 2 times ive had it out over ~20 hours 2 freeride trips/2 track days, minimal kicks needed. Cr250s notorious for scraping the coated liner out of the head near power valve and I want to help that motor w right lube from lead/oil.

    I just looked on your website but I have a quick question- Will it (or the normal Billetron) fit my 2018 KTM 300 XC-W? (Carbureted, kick start, electric start) I only see the option up to the 2016 model.

    I had been searching for carburetor upgrade options and discovered the smartcarb sc2 for me and as I had seen in different reviews is better than the Lectron. A key factor is that in the smartcarb you can adjust de metering rod on the run without the need to disassemble the carb like you need to do in the Lectron

    • @strandschep5749
      @strandschep5749 Před 5 měsíci

      This is not True anymore on the newer lectron you can adjust everything from the outside

    • @anonymous_PR
      @anonymous_PR Před 5 měsíci

      @@strandschep5749 not really in the Billetron pro( is not available for a lot of bikes) you can only adjust the idle jet and the torque or high end jet, but to adjust the metering rod you will need to open the carb. Also that means they are going back using jets and you have 2 new things to worry about 😉

    • @azpitbull
      @azpitbull Před 3 měsíci

      And SmartCarb is copyright patent by the same guy. A big benefit for the smartcarb vs Lectron is the closed fuel system. You can lay the bike on its side or upside down and it wont leak like a reg carb or what have you
