Great trucks, and you can have any color you want as long as it's green.

I love videos like this. Its so cool to see how stuff is done then and now. Seeing the trucks is cool too.

How many of these were on their way to places like North Korea and Cuba? Where they are still working and on the job. If there is enough gasoline to keep them running.

At 2:36, note that the new trucks right out of the factory do not include the rubber windshield wiper blade. Apparently thieves steal them right off the railcar.

I was watching a video from another CZcamsr who was exploring Transnistria. He looked at a random truck from the Soviet era & said uhh. It reminded me of you & you would have immediately recognised it. I've learned so much from you. Love your work. Hope your channel grows as you put in great effort.

That crane sure was big enough for the job. A simple ramp could have done it too?

No fuel in the trucks for them to thieve is more likely the reason it was done this way.

Aren't these based on Dodge trucks from circa 1941? T-234 Lend-Lease Dodge truck.

By the late 1970's the trucks loaded onto the train cars would be made of sticks and old newspapers and painted to look like trucks.....

They really slipped a notch from their American style production process during the Great Patriotic War. The steady influence of central planning will get you there.

Russia is not using 70 year old trucks. There's very few of these left regardless

??? Doesn't make sense. These were replaced in military service even in the USSR, and besides, they are in many countries outside Russia today

@@Ypog_UA Its scary how easy people can be programmed especially in the west. Here in Eastern Europe due to living through totalitarian regimes we are more resistant to propaganda .The West does not have this immune system.
