Due to poor infrastructure and dense/unfavourable terrain, african countries know that all out war in Africa is logistically draining and unfavourable, especially for nations that rely on advanced equipment like the US. So a lot of emphasis is actually placed into personal survival and fieldcraft to improve the infantry soldier's effectiveness in the brutal conditions of the African wilderness and even the odds since all the big toys (BMPs, Strykers, Helicopters, Air support) cannot operate effectively due to poor supply lines. That's why these Senegalese special forces have a lot of survival equipment. They know the terrain is dangerous enough to kill any invader so they prioritise survival.

tapi sekarang zamannya perang rudal. tentara banyak kuat dan tangguh. tapi kalau tidak punya rudal balistik jangkauan belasan ribu km antar benua ya percuma aja. jaman sekarang perang mengandalkan satelite drone tanpa awak dgn lengkap senjata dan bom dibekali tekhnologi Ai. mending perbanyak drone militer lengkap dengan bom. perbanyak rudal balistik dengan jangkauan jarak jauh. setiap kota di atas gedung gedung di pasang rudal anti pesawat. khususnya Indonesia setiap pulau di pasang rudal anti serangan udara. musuh khususnya jet tempur mikir 100x kalau melintasinya. anggap pulau pulau tak berpenghuni di alih fungsikan seperti kapal induk tak bergerak.
kalau tentara asing masuk mendarat di indonesia dan mulai melancarkan aksinya biar berhadapan langsung sama pasukan orang2 stress. mulai pasukan Brigde Begal, Debcolector, preman, STM yg suka tawuran itu kalau di persenjatai lengkap dengan di arahkan taktik strategi dari pihak TNI saya yakin dah tentara lawan mikir tuh.
