That second to last story about the ladies house being near an ancient burial ground reminding me of a story about Timur’s tomb being found. Within a matter of hours or his body be discovered, the Germans invaded the Soviet Union and Stalin ordering the body to be reburied with full honors. Definitely some type of rocket. It seemed to have stabilizer fins on the rear that were'nt deployed/opened because it hadn't been fired from whatever type of launcher it came from.
I have no idea what it is but I know servicemen love taking home souvenirs, the crazier, the better. I knew a few guys who served in Iraq/Afghanistan and brought home various guns. I just saved innocuous things like flags and spent casings. One friend of mine was determined to collect a whole set, like baton, service belt, cuffs, vest, etc. Dude had most of it last I heard from him.

"Who builds a house over a well?!" You'd be shocked by what houses have been built over. One that I can think of right away is in Deadwood, SD. There is a house where the town's former cemetery is. I'm pretty sure they didn't transfer all of the remains to the new cemetery, so the house is freaky haunted.
Nearly every cemetery in San Francisco was dug up and most of the bodies moved out of the city to make way for housing. So hundreds of houses in San Francisco are built on cemetery grounds. They occasionally find coffins with bones when doing construction.
They dumped most of the bodies in mass graves. I've got ancestors in the mass graves, and ancestors unaccounted for.

Even if that man's mother were still alive, it would be extremely difficult to convict her of murder with only a skeleton. Unless there is a bullet in his skull that matches a gun she owned and only she used, I can't imagine she would even be indicted, because prosecutors would have a very hard case, especially considering the house had different residents after the family moved out and before the son found his dad. Even circumstantial evidence would be scarce.

Imagine if the torpedo had gone unnoticed and there was a fire or something that eventually would get to the basement. The whole neighborhood would be impacted.
Just based on the look from this video that one with the creepy brick room basement looks like an old house was just torn down and a new one built on top. Nothing creepy about it. As to why people will build on top of older buildings and leave all that space, I don't know but it's been going on for thousands of years. A ton of old places are oddly buried under other old places around the world.

The alligator one is just sad. It's a large creature left in a dark basement with no outside interaction. And since he grew, he must have been too big for the space he was in. Glad he was taken away. The house owner should have been arrested.

In 2002 a germany building company was contracted to renovate a house. In the process, the workers discovered a completely sealed and bricked room. When they broke open the area, they discovered a dead body.
This was the grandfather of the family of the house, who had died 2 years ago, but this was not reported so that the family could secretly collect the man's pension. THAT'S MESSED UP
That actually happens a lot. Sometimes they hide the body or keep it in the house, but most of the time it's just casual fraud where they bury the body properly but never report the death to the government so they keep getting the checks.
