The video with the "transparent" looking figure is someone wearing a special clothing material that causes that effect on infrared cameras. It's used alot by people who rob large businesses as well as houses. I can't name it off the top of my head but a few years ago police were on my local news talking about it. Everybody thought they were seeing "ghosts" but it was just people trying to do break ins. It's a very effective clothing material, as it makes ir cameras blur their image and you can't identify their face or anything specific about them.
Definitely get a door cam bro. Its the same like having a phone camera out. If for some reason a weirdo pull up and try something you can at least run the footage for the cops and you'll clear your name if things head south. Its better to have than to not.

I decided to check to see if there truly weren't any clown sightings in Texas and the 2016 clown situation has its own Wikipedia page. Apparently, the first occurrence was a publicity stunt for a short film. People got assaulted by clowns at one point. I honestly hope the short film flopped because they sparked something horrible.
