I've been drinking the bitter lemon with bitter kalleloo leaves and ginger for 5 years now. I drink it on a empty stomach. Your spirit and soul and body separates from each other while drinkingđŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł. I will try this recipe too. Thank you for sharing.

The slave came with seeds, all the different immigrants came with their seeds and other groups that came after too so we have a big variety of greens and dishes their.

I just started growing some white bitter melon this year and i actually have my first fruit when i checked my garden today! I chose the white bitter melon because the bitterness is supposed to be more palatable. I will be making this for my hubby and i once i get my first harvest, thanks for the recipe!

While they won’t spoil, it’s best not to store any freshly squeezed juices too long because the nutrients start to break down right away. Ultimately the length of refrigeration depends on how fresh the fruits/veggies are. I try to drink my juices in 1-3 days for the most nutrients. You can also freeze them if need be.

Don't store it. Juice it when u want to drink it. 1 small gourd, 2 stalks celery, 1 green apple and a knob of ginger gives u a glass. Variations include cucumber, pineapple. Use a slow juicer...no straining😁
