This was a ton of useful info in a short vid. Thanks so much for making it vball specific, especially "using those wonderful eyes to see the setter, sight the ball, and explore the court" with a more neutral spine. Great vid as always coach...many thanks
Happy you found it useful!
Hey coach Tyler can you do one of your jump analysis videos on Japanâs wing spiker YĆ«ki Ishikawa. Would Iove to watch the video!
or nishida :D
Very useful video! Thanks Coach!
Thanks a Lot for every detail of The explanation, really it's important to me, i'm actually playing in position 4and 6. And all this is new to me. It help me to improve the coordination of my body.
Wow I learned a lot thanks coach!
As a podiatrist myself i really do enjoy your analysis! keep up the good work. I know its not easy but you're doing amazing! Do you have a full gym routine for this or how to train at home/lockdown situation?
We do! Our remote training has many program variations, including our Relentless stream which is entirely bodyweight & bands!
very detailed analyzing
Thatâs what we do! đđ» thanks for the view and comment
Man, I thought for sure you were going to say his penultimate step was a little too short.
An longer penultimate is only as good as an athletes ability to manage it. A younger athlete like this is still developing the requisite stability required to support carrying speed through a longer stride. Penultimate doesnât have to be exaggerated to be efficient, simply needs to be purposeful and active!
danke fur der ananalyze
My pleasure đđ»
Man i'd wish u do some Q&A vids!
The last 3-4 videos I posted were answering Q's from a Q and A on our IG. Go check them out.
Love it
Great analysis! I was wondering what app did you use for this?
Could touch 3m10 on basketball rim, but I never spiked. Any tips on timing, and arm swing, coach?
what about the landing though? how to reduce the landing on one leg/foot?
Can you tell me name program or software use for this videos ?
YOOO I GO TO THAT GYM. IM PART OF THE 14u ELITE TEAM!!!!
My max vert jump was 286cm and now by doing core jump exercise and a lot of explosives my jump is now 296 im almost there to touch the rim .... Please tell me what im missing how much should i workout in a week
do plyometrics 2-3x a week !
and isometrics to strength tendons, knees, and basically your whole lower body trust me plyos and isometrics will increase your vert if u stay consistent!
nice
Hey Coach Tyler, could you maybe react to my approach jump and tell what I can do better to jump higher. I posted a video on my channel.
