2020 was kind to ya in the big bass department , some awesome fish , The "Mississippi Lip Rippin Raider" Build Is Officially On,,, Got A Good Deal On A New Bass Raider 10e Today At Academy In Mobile Alabama, a Mark Down one 2020 item left deal saved about 70$$ ,that's not chicken feed , Now The Build to personalize The Ultimate Fish Assassination Craft begins lol,, I'm kidding a little , but I did get the Bass Raider No Jokes There , I've watched Alotta vids on the raider and other stuff as well , The Vids Help To See These Boats Used In Different Areas and Situations ,And Mods Are Limitless , PVC is A Great Help meeting the needs For Whatever Your Fishin For, I Have Owned And Built Boats From aluminum Jon , fiberglass , to a wooden Boat I used , my fishing adventures have changed some ,or maybe I've just slowed down a bit ,But for my Waters and Fishin spots around here I can't see anything Now fitting it any better than the Raider , I've got a little time between now and when Things begin to warm up a bit to get functional ,of Course I Have Help From My Sons On This adventure ,one has a 12ft Aluminum He Just Started Working On , I Believe He's Gonna Add Pontoons To Each Side For Stability I have that plan drawn up for him Now, Its Fairly Simple But Should Do What He's After Which is some Stability it's honestly like riding in a Canoe , I had one of those and sold it , it had just Become obsolete for me and the boys didn't care for it either , from there I'll keep adding To The Raider, You Gave me some good ideas , Greatly appreciated , Maybe We Can Jump in a tourney for Raider Boats later this Year , Looking Forward , ,, Tight Lines To Ya 🦈🎣 , Hopefully 21 will be Kind To Us All 🎉,,,
I think the Raider is rated for a 3.5hp 40lb. I think the 6hp might be too much for the transom. If you reinforced the transoms I think it could work. I considered getting a 5hp so I would have the option to put it on an aluminum boat later on, but for registration purposes I didn’t want to go against the manufacturers info. All the best!

Just purchased a new Bass raider 10e. Wanting to push it with a new Tohatsu 6hp. The motor weighs 58lbs. Do you think the boat can handle it?
